Goal-Setting Tips

Break your weekly goals down into A, B, and C tasks

A’s are the things that absolutely HAVE to get done. So they get your focus, you work on them when you are freshest and the most productive.

B’s are important, but won’t catapult your business as much as A’s. Get them done after ALL of the a’s are done.

C tasks are the least important, but it would be great if you could get these projects off your desk. They are done when you have spare time of it you finish all of your A’s and B’s

Also, break your tasks down into smaller bites. Like what could be done in 10-15 minute increments.

You may be able to get a big task done at 15 minute increments throughout the day.

Lastly, put time frames on your tasks. If the time is never ending, you will never finish it.

When you have a set amount of time, you focus more and are less likely to ket things distract you.
