Trying to determine if you need an assistant yet?
Start making a list of all the things you do during the day/week.
What items are really tedious? Like
sending reminders,
creating newsletters,
fixing small things on the website,
sending receipts to accountants,
editing all your writings,
shooting out your press releases, videos, blog posts,
responding to emails in all of your boxes…..
Start making a list. Now with that said, make sure that you have other business. If they are doing those things, what are you doing? If you don’t have anything to do may not be ready or you need to start the building/creating part of your business which includes:
business development
creating ( classes, books, products)
speaking ( this is a form of marketing & business development)
having meetings ( to grow your business or consulting clients)
Attending conferences and trainings ( educating yourself)
Does this break it down for you? Leave me a comment on what you use a virtual assistant for.
